NEW equipment for feeding thawed fish raw materials to the blanching area


Fish raw material blanching equipment - Ensure mechanized or manual delivery of fish raw materials (in one or more layers) to the heat treatment area;

  • To ensure the thermal treatment (blanching) of fish raw materials in a liquid (water, salt water, water-vinegar mixture) or steam environment;

  • The blanching conveyor speed is variable;

  • The blanching temperature is adjustable (50-100 C) and kept constant;

  • Impact insulation is provided in the blanching area to prevent heat loss;

  • Ensure a continuous supply of heat-treated fish raw materials and a packaging area; Provide water or steam connections and the possibility of draining overflow liquid or condensate and blanching liquid directly into the sewage system;


Blanching capacity 600 kg per hour


Equipment for dosing fish raw materials into cans and packaging cans - Equipment (can dispenser for Hansa can type), which ensures sequential feeding of cans into the raw materials dosing zone. Speed from 75 to 90 cans/min.

 

Equipment that provides semi-automatic dosing of blanched fish raw materials into canned food: manual placement of raw materials into the dosing area, mechanized dosing and mechanized dosing of fish portions into the box. The operating speed of the line must be coordinated with the operating speed of the canned food dispenser.

 

Tolerance +- 4 grams


Equipment for accumulating filled cans, which allows accumulating at least 2 minutes of packaging capacity, min. 150 cans;

 

Equipment that ensures continuous weighing of canned goods with the ability to divert canned goods whose weight is below the permissible deviation from the specified weight to the dispensing conveyor and ensures the return of canned goods to the flow after dispensing treatment; · The equipment is easy to maintain and sanitary.


Number of employees servicing the equipment: 3–4 employees


Automatic control unit - provides automated control of the equipment and the ability to adjust the operating speed of the equipment.

 

Usage


The line is designed for blanched fish fillets. Automatic filling of blanched fish fillets into "Canned" type cans and weight control with feeding to the capping machine.
